These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) govern in-person studio class enrollment and online use of our digital masterclasses. They are a binding agreement between you (“you”, “your”, the “Customer”) and Craft Studio Katina and Love, a California sole proprietorship (“Craft Studio Katina and Love”, “we”, “us”, “our”), operating the website at katinaandlove.com (the “Site”). It is separately owned and operated and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated on behalf of any other company. Any reference elsewhere to a hosting or technology provider does not create a partnership, agency, or joint venture. By enrolling in a studio class, purchasing a masterclass, or otherwise using the Site, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy. 2.2 In-Studio Classes are our primary offering today. Enrollment, parental consent, and child-data practices for In-Studio Classes are described in our Privacy Policy and Enrollment Form. In-Studio Classes are scheduled and paid for directly with the Studio (for example, by Zelle or cash) and are not purchased through this website; cancellation and make-up terms are in our Refund Policy. Class times shown on this website are pulled automatically from the class calendar and may be updated or changed at any time without prior notice. 2.2 Las Clases Presenciales son nuestra oferta principal hoy. 2.3 The Verification Charge is not a purchase. It does not buy any class, product, or content, and no goods or services are delivered in exchange for it. It exists only to confirm parental consent when enrollment happens online; the same enrollment can always be completed for free using our paper “Print & sign” consent form instead. 2.4 Masterclasses are available for purchase on the Site. Each Masterclass is a one-time purchase paid by card through Stripe Checkout. You give us only your email address; no account and no password are needed. The payment-screen disclosures and refund terms described in Section 4 and in our Refund Policy apply, including the 14-day refund if you have not started watching. 2.4 Las Clases Magistrales están disponibles para su compra en el Sitio. 3.1 The Site is intended for adults. You must be at least 18 years old, or be the parent or legal guardian completing the purchase, to buy a Course. 3.4 Masterclass buyers. To buy a Masterclass you give us only your email address; you do not create an account or a password. Access is through the personal link we email to you (see Section 5.3), so please keep that link and the device where you opened it private. Section 3.2 applies to any sign-in credentials we give you. A child under 13 must not buy a Masterclass or give us their own email address; a parent or guardian buys the course and may watch it with the child. 3.4 Compradores de Clases Magistrales. 4.1 Prices. In-Studio Class prices and schedules are quoted directly by the Studio (for example, by phone, text, or in person) and are not displayed or processed through this website. The Verification Charge is a fixed $0.50, shown on the online enrollment form. The price of each Masterclass is the fixed amount displayed on that Masterclass’s page and confirmed at checkout, in U.S. dollars; we do not advertise “starting from” prices and make a genuine, good-faith offer to sell every Masterclass at the price shown. 4.1 Precios. Los precios y horarios de las Clases Presenciales los comunica directamente el Estudio (por ejemplo, por teléfono, mensaje de texto o en persona) y no se muestran ni se procesan a través de este sitio web. 4.2 Taxes. You are responsible for any tax that may apply to an In-Studio Class, the Verification Charge, or a Masterclass purchase under the laws of your own jurisdiction. Masterclasses are delivered electronically by streaming over the Internet, with no physical media, and under current California Department of Tax and Fee Administration guidance (Publication 109) such electronically delivered products are generally not subject to California sales or use tax, so we do not expect to add California sales tax to Masterclass purchases. 4.2 Impuestos. 4.3 Payment. In-Studio Classes are paid directly to the Studio (for example, by Zelle or cash) and are not processed through this website or Stripe. The Verification Charge and Masterclass purchases (through Stripe Checkout) are processed by Stripe, Inc. You enter your card details on Stripe’s page; we never see your full payment-card number. Your use of Stripe is also subject to Stripe’s own terms and privacy policy. 4.3 Pago. 4.4 The Verification Charge (COPPA parental-consent verification). When a parent or guardian enrolls a child online, U.S. federal law (COPPA, 16 C.F.R. § 312.5(b)(2)(ii)) allows us to confirm that a real adult is giving consent through a small, non-refundable card charge of $0.50 — this is sometimes called the “Nintendo model” of consent verification. The charge buys nothing on its own and is genuinely non-refundable: refunding it would undo the very evidence of consent it created, and an immediate refund of such a small charge could be flagged by Stripe as fraudulent “card testing.” You never have to pay it — you may instead choose the free “Print & sign” paper consent form on our Enrollment Form. Full details are in our Refund Policy, Section 2. 4.4 El Cargo de Verificación (verificación de consentimiento parental COPPA). 4.5 Order confirmation. The Verification Charge is confirmed immediately by Stripe with an emailed receipt. In-Studio Class enrollment is confirmed directly by the Studio (for example, by text or email). After a Masterclass payment, you receive an email with your personal link to the course (see Section 5.3). 4.5 Confirmación del pedido. 5.1 In-Studio Classes are delivered in person, at the scheduled time, at our physical studio address, 5457 Diablo Drive, No A, Sacramento, CA 95842. 5.2 The Verification Charge does not deliver any product or content — completing it simply confirms parental consent, immediately, through Stripe. 5.3 Masterclasses are digital products delivered by streaming, with no carrier shipment; the federal Mail, Internet, or Telephone Order Merchandise Rule shipment timeframes do not apply to streaming access. After payment you receive an email with a personal link to the course. The link opens once, by a button on the page, and your device is then remembered for 30 days. You can request a new link by email on the “My purchases” page (katinaandlove.com/my-purchases.html); a new link works for 1 hour and opens once. 5.4 Immediate access and refunds. Before the video starts, the course page asks you to tick two boxes: “I want to access the video right now, without waiting for the withdrawal period to end.” and “I understand that once I start watching, I lose the right to a refund for this course.” Without both ticks the video does not start, and the 14-day refund described in our Refund Policy (Section 4) remains available. We record the time access started, to resolve card disputes. 5.4 Acceso inmediato y reembolsos. 6.1 License granted. Enrolling in an In-Studio Class gives you and your child the right to attend and participate in that class for your own personal, non-commercial learning. The Verification Charge grants no license of any kind — it is not a purchase (see Section 2.3). Purchasing a Masterclass grants you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to stream and view that Masterclass and to use its Course Materials for your own personal, non-commercial viewing and learning only; you are buying access to view the Masterclass, not ownership of the underlying video files or intellectual property. 6.1 Licencia concedida. Покупка Мастер-класса предоставляет вам личную, ограниченную, неисключительную, непередаваемую лицензию без права сублицензирования на потоковый просмотр этого Мастер-класса и использование его Материалов курса только для вашего личного некоммерческого просмотра и обучения; вы покупаете доступ к просмотру Мастер-класса, а не право собственности на исходные видеофайлы или интеллектуальную собственность.

6.2 Masterclass discontinuation commitment. Once a Masterclass is purchased, we will not charge you again for it and will not place it behind a subscription; access will continue for the operational lifetime of the Site. If we ever decide to permanently discontinue the Site or a purchased Masterclass, we will give at least 60 days’ advance notice by email and will make a reasonable effort, to the extent commercially and technically feasible, to provide a personal-use download before access ends. 6.2 Compromiso de discontinuación de Clases Magistrales. 6.3 Restrictions. A Masterclass is licensed for personal, non-commercial viewing only. You may not, and may not permit others to: (a) download, screen-record, copy, rip, record, capture, or re-upload a Masterclass except as expressly offered through a Site download feature; (b) share, resell, rent, sublicense, broadcast, or redistribute a Masterclass or its Course Materials, or show a Masterclass publicly or in paid classes or workshops; (c) share your personal access link, your signed video links, or any sign-in credentials we give you; (d) circumvent or attempt to circumvent any access control, signed-URL, or watermark; (e) use a Masterclass to create a competing instructional product; or (f) record, redistribute, or resell access to an In-Studio Class. Course Materials such as patterns (whether handed out in an In-Studio Class or included with a Masterclass) are for your personal craft use; finished physical items you make for yourself or as gifts are yours, but you may not mass-produce items for commercial sale using our patterns without our written permission. 6.3 Restricciones. 6.4 Ownership. All Course Materials, video, text, graphics, the “Craft Studio Katina and Love” name and logo, and the Site design are owned by Craft Studio Katina and Love or its licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. We keep all rights to the Masterclass videos. No rights are granted except as expressly set out in these Terms. 6.4 Titularidad. You agree not to: misuse the Site; attempt to gain unauthorized access to any account, server, or data; upload malicious code; interfere with the Site’s operation; or use the Site for any unlawful purpose. We may suspend or terminate access that violates these Terms or that we reasonably believe is fraudulent or harmful, and we may pursue available remedies for piracy or unauthorized distribution. 8.1 The Courses are provided for general educational and informational purposes. You are responsible for following all manufacturer instructions and basic safety precautions, for using appropriate adult supervision when minors are present, and for working within your own ability. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Craft Studio Katina and Love from third-party claims, losses, and reasonable expenses arising out of your breach of these Terms or your unlawful or infringing use of the Courses, except to the extent caused by us. If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. These Terms, with the Privacy Policy and Refund Policy, are the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Site and Courses.
